Positive pressure chimney systems <200Pa:
KK, KKD, KP, KPD

We offer complete chimney systems (chimney inserts) designed to operate under overpressure <200Pa, that are for heating devices with a closed combustion chamber and particularly for condensing boilers. The right choice of the chimney system guarantees an appropriate chimney draft and many years of failure-free operation of the heating device. Thanks to the completeness of the systems produced by Kominus, which include not only pipes, but also elbows, T-pieces and cowls, the user is  guaranteed the highest quality of all system components. Socket connections with additional gaskets ensure not only easy assembly, but also tightness, which is the most important feature of a well-functioning chimney system.

KK – Single walled SPS system for condensing and overpressure boilers

PURPOSE OF USE

  • as inserts in existing chimneys for exhaust gas removal from modern heating devices with low flue gas temperature,
  • exhaust gas ducts when using shafts in new buildings,
  • for exhaust gas removal from the boiler with forced draft,
  • free-standing, insulated chimneys

KKD – system kominowy KK izolowany

PURPOSE OF USE

Chimneys installed outdoors intended for exhaust gas removal from boilers with forced draft.

SYSTEM PROPERTIES

Pipes and shaped pieces consisting of three layers:

  1. Inner wall made of acid-proof stainless steel,
  2. Insulation
  3. Outer wall made of stainless steel.

KP – coaxial air / exhaust pipe (WPPS)

PURPOSE OF USE

  • for exhaust gas removal from boilers with closed combustion chambers,
  • for exhaust gas removal from condensing boilers,
  • for connecting several boilers to one common collecting exhaust line (boiler with closed combustion chamber).

Pipes and shaped pieces with nipple/socket connection, which consist of three layers:

  1. Inner wall made of acid-proof steel as an exhaust pipe,
  2. Free space as an air duct for air supply for the combustion process,
  3. Outer wall made of stainless steel
