| Water jet cutting services |

We offer Water Jet cutting services of virtually any solid material of any shape. We can cut everything from little details to large elements up to 1500mm x 3000mm. Our Water Jet can cut through metals up to 120mm thick (80mm – 120mm after a test).
  
We have an ultra modern genuine Swedish WaterJet machine with a dynamic head. WaterJet is a world leading manufacturer of water cutting tools.
Water cutting does not affect the processed material thermally, mechanically or in a chemical way. There are no environmental problems with Waterjet, as no smoke, dust, gases or vapors are produced. It is perfect for materials difficult to cut, for a single detail or a small order. In most cases the processed surface does nor require any other treatment.
Water jet cutting is a technology ideal for use when cutting aluminum. The water stream does not destroy material edges unlike when using a high temperature laser cutting.
We offer cutting services of all even not typical materials, for example: rubber, foam, copper, brass, titanium, aluminum, glass, ceramics. Rubber, PVC, plywood and foam are cut using a plain water. Steel, aluminum, non-ferrous metals, glass, tiles, marble are cut with water containing abrasive substances, such as garnet which erode away the material. |
