KOMINUS Sp. Z o.o. is present in metal industry since year 2000. Right from the beginning the company’s goals were to expand and improve the product quality. In 2005 Kominus received a Quality Control Certificate PN-EN ISO 9001:2001. Our new business activity is KOM-EKRAN Acoustic Panel production. This product received a Technical Approval from Road & Bridge Institute in Warsaw.
We offer three different types of panels depending on metal sheet perforation. All panels are filled with hydro-wool of density 150kg/m3. The height of the panel wall can be easily set – single KOM-EKRAN panel height is 330 mm. The panel thickness is 100 mm and the length can be determined by the customer and can be up to 6 meters. Acoustic panels KOM-EKRAN have superb ability to stop and isolate the sound - which has been tested and examined in University of Science and Technology in Cracow.
Our acoustic panels can be custom painted in all colors based on RAL palette. A standard sheet metal protection is applied: galvanization and custom color powder coating. KOM-EKRAN panels are mounted to the skeleton construction which is specific for the wall size and length .
The “tongue – groove” connection guarantees a maximum tightness between elements and a high wind and snow resistance. Steel pillars are made of double T-Profile HE140 B which thanks to its shape provides proper mounting and holding panel support and stops any movements. As additional protection there is a flexible stabilizing unit and top cap made of 1,5 mm galvanized steel.
